We provide custom Discord server creation, setup, configuration, and related services as described in the purchased package or agreed upon in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and requirements for the project.
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all requested content complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Not request any illegal, malicious, or prohibited features.
4. Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
- All prices are agreed upon before project commencement.
- Payments are processed through approved payment methods only.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in service termination and account restrictions.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only if work has not yet started.
- Once work has begun, refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the amount of work completed.
- Completed and delivered projects are generally non-refundable.
6. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to incomplete client information, unforeseen technical issues, or high demand.
7. Revisions
- The number of included revision rounds is determined by the purchased package — Starter includes 1 round, Full Build includes 2 rounds, and Premium includes unlimited revisions.
- All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
8. Ownership
- Upon full payment, ownership of the completed Discord server configuration is transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Prohibited Use
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for projects involving:
- Illegal activities.
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive practices.
- Violations of Discord's Terms of Service.
- Malicious software or harmful automation.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Changes made by the client after project delivery.
- Discord platform outages or policy changes.
- Lost profits, indirect damages, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services.
11. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
